Coordinating the implementation of policies and strategies on staff development and career progression for the civil service.
Developing and coordinating performance appraisal and contract management for the civil service.
Research in respect to the best practices in human performance and designs and revising performance management system for the NCSC.
Developing and institutionalising talent management programs for the civil service and young graduates.
